I have read and agreed on the stated terms. *Service Terms and Conditions * 1. All service and repair work is transacted on a COD basis upon confirmation. 2. For out-of-warranty items, a service/repair diagnosis fee will apply, with a minimum charge of RM150 per unit. The cost may vary depending on the product type and category. The diagnosis fee must be paid upon receipt of the faulty unit. 3. All warranty repairs must be supported by relevant proof of purchase. Claims without proof of purchase will be considered non-warranty and processed as out-of-warranty repairs. 4. The repaired or diagnosed item must be collected within 3 months after the official notice for collection, after which the company reserves the right to dispose of the items. Necessary diagnostic and repair fees will be billed to the customer accordingly. 5. The company is not responsible for any loss or damage due to contingencies beyond its control. 6.
